Hi adamcampbell81,

Which CRM version are you using ? 2011 or 2013 ?
Can you check if you have some JavaScript errors shown on the console please ? (F12 on Internet Explorer during the stuck).
Please, let me know.

So I fixed my DNS issues and can now access easy plugins. But I am wondering if you have a step by step for creating an email to case process?
thank you,
Adam Campbell

Hi! I have the same problem with "a wheel just spins saying please wait" in crm 2013. Could you help me please?
Mar 31, 2014 at 2:17 AM
Hi larestingia, that happened to me too. That has to do with cross domain issue. Try accessing with just the name versus the FQDN. You can open up IE developer tools with F12 and it will clearly show the error

Thank you very much! It solved the problem.

Another spinning wheel issue

I am accessing with server name not FQDN. Is there a particular version of Silverlight required?
